Lead Investor for this round is existing shareholder Cofinpar. In addition, the majority of the existing shareholders are joining again, as well as 3 new investors (including via a convertible bond).

CheckHub offers advanced solutions to companies, hospitals and government institutions to optimize document exchange with staff, customers and citizens. The complete digitalization and automation of this process leads to significant savings of 60% to 80% in costs and time, and increases productivity by up to 35%. Examples of customers include employment agencies such as Randstad, Trixxo and ASAP, as well as hospitals such as Europa Ziekenhuizen, UZ Antwerp and the Erasmus Hospital. Per customer, on average between 10,000 and 50,000 documents per month are exchanged and processed automatically via the CheckHub platform.
