How does it work ?

NXT Brussels is a collaborative investment structure offering:

  • Synergy among investors: pooling expertise to strengthen deal analysis, share risks, and foster co-investments.
  • A group that is neither too large nor too small: between 15 and 30 people, to ensure informed decision-making and facilitate discussion.
  • A two-hour monthly meeting (following BeAngels' Investors Night) to discuss the deals presented in the forum.
  • Tax transparency, with the possibility of complementary investments, expansion for new investors, or the creation of new clubs.
  • A secure framework: legal and administrative support provided by BeAngels, along with access to an experienced community.
  • A due diligence process that enables the negotiation and investment in 3 to 9 projects over the course of the year. Opportunity to make individual, complementary investments in parallel.
  • Ease of organization and representation: a transaction leader defends the club’s interests and oversees strategic decisions.
  • Support combined with training, exclusive access to the BeAngels deal flow, the partner network, and selected co-investment opportunities.
