It is not always clear what you can/should do as a director or shareholder when a company is in trouble.

During this workshop, CMS will discuss several topics such as cash shortage, lack of commercial development, misunderstanding between founders and investors or protection of the liability of directors and will present you with concrete examples.

This workshop will be delivered in French and will take place in the CMS offices but will also be available online.

After the workshop there will be a light buffet.

This workshop is free for BeAngels members, companies funded by the network and CMS clients.
For all other persons wishing to participate in the workshop, the fee is 50€ HTVA.
