Frequently asked questions
A BAC is set up for new investors or those with little experience. An ICS is an “à la carte” investment formula for investors wishing to form with a group of colleagues, friends, family, etc. in which they can decide which parameters to put in place.
BAC includes coaching by one more experienced angels.
Members of an ICS can decide how many members the group will consist of, what sector they would like to invest in, their ticket size, their geographic scope, the maturity of the companies, etc.
No, attendance is not obligatory but recommended for good understanding in the group.
Two options are possible:
- You can watch the pitch broadcast online, in real time. The pitches are broadcast in High Definition. You must therefore register for the event to participate live.
- As the pitches are recorded, you can view them delayed on our investor platform. Log in to “Dealflow investor access”.
The membership fee for the year of launch of the vehicle amounts to €2,000 (excluding VAT) and monitoring costs are provided to follow up.
Investment criteria are one of the parameters to define at the start of creating your group.
