François Torche
François Torche is a tech-savvy entrepreneur with a passion for transforming clinical research through data and innovation. As co-founder and longtime CEO of CluePoints, he helped pioneer the adoption of Risk-Based Quality Management in clinical trials, scaling the company from concept to global leader. The technology at the heart of CluePoints — the SMART engine — was originally developed during his time at IDDI, laying the foundation for the company’s success. After more than a decade in leadership — first as CEO, then CPTO — François supported the company through its acquisition by EQT in 2024. He now serves as Strategic Advisor while channeling his experience into supporting early-stage ventures as an investor and business angel.

Yves Colinet
A hands-on business angel with a strong passion for innovation, Yves Colinet has invested in 15+ startups, including several student-led SIBAs. He actively supports founders in scaling their business within large corporates, notably in the fields of data, AI, LLMs, mobility, and circular economy. As a board member, mentor, or advisor, he brings operational engagement to SaaS and cloud-native startups with a focus on data monetization and generative AI.
A member of SmartVentures and BAC 9 & 11 (BeAngels network), Yves is deeply involved in the European early-stage tech ecosystem. He currently supports Linkbycar, Jobloom, and Novable in business development initiatives.
Previously, he founded and led DataBoost’R, Micropole Group’s innovation and startup acceleration program. A lifelong entrepreneur with M&A experience and Guberna-certified board governance expertise, he also contributes to Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles as a board member.

Erik Laurens
Erik Laurens – FMCG Executive | Angel InvestorErik Laurens is a seasoned FMCG leader with a strong entrepreneurial and investment background. As Country Leader at SC Johnson, he drives strategy and leads the commercial team for Ecover and Method in the France Benelux region. He previously co-founded a sales consultancy supporting PE-backed firms across Europe and held key roles at Procter & Gamble, including leading the BNL e-commerce team. Erik is also an active angel investor both independent and with BeAngels’ NXT II club. Outside of work, he’s passionate about endurance sports like trail running.

Wim Buyens is a highly accomplished and results-driven CEO with over 18 years of experience in the cinema industry and 25+ years in technology. Known for exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a relentless commitment to innovation, He has successfully led global businesses, spearheading transformation and growth across entertainment and technology sectors. Currently, as the CEO of Cinionic, he leads the global operations of the company, driving it to become a leading provider of cinema solutions. He has a strong track record of growing market share, having expanded Cinionic’s reach from 7% to 65%.
As a business executive and investor, he is passionate about scaling businesses internationally, especially in technology-driven sectors within entertainment. I am also creating a family office, Invest Lions, focused on taking stakes or building portfolios around technology companies in the entertainment space.
