BCTE Start: The complexity of (re)composing a Board of Directors: diversity and/or complementarity?

BCTE Start: The complexity of (re)composing a Board of Directors: diversity and/or complementarity?

The Board of Directors of BCTE Start is pleased to invite you to
to its event on September 18, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Banque Privée Delen in Brussels.

The BCTE Start community is a network of young managers and potential managers (m/f/x) aged 25 to 45, in which they learn and exchange with speakers and each other to play an increasingly significant role on boards of directors.

In this way, the BCTE Group reinforces the value and diversity of its boards of directors, paying particular attention to age diversity. We are convinced that, in addition to gender diversity, age diversity also influences the behavior of directors and the way decisions are made on the Board.

At a BCTE Start event, ambitious entrepreneurs inspire members of our young community.

Through testimonials, they explain how to work with the Board and what they can learn from it to lead and develop young organizations.

Event topic:
"The complexity of (re)composing a board: diversity and/or complementarity?" Ibrahim Oussari
Ibrahim Oussari is co-founder and CEO of Molengeek.
He is also a director of Proximus.
Through his atypical, self-made career, he is helping to make "techwolrd" accessible to all.

Pushing back the boundaries of the entrepreneurial vision, Ibrahim shares his experience and his view of the board of directors. Diversity, inclusion, skills, tech approach... what are the right questions to ask ourselves in our Boards of today and tomorrow?
