Frequently asked questions
Elev8te is a group of investors investing in start-ups at the pre-seed level, mainly led by student entrepreneurs, coming from the deal flow of our partners and validated by a committee.
The minimum ticket to participate in the Elev8te fund is €10,000. The company receives around €50,000.
Elev8te is a passive investment. There is no commitment planned but it is however possible to participate more actively depending on the appetite for the sector of activity and the start-up, for example by joining the board of directors as an observer.
Elev8te aims to encourage the entrepreneurial aspirations of students and young businesses linked to incubators close to universities and the academic world in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the North of France.
5% of the capital invested when setting up the investment vehicle, and 2% of monitoring fees for 7 years. Carried interest fees are also provided upon exit.
