COMPANY 1 - Real-Time Accident Prevention for Construction and Industrial Worksites

This company prevents accidents on construction and industrial worksites by providing real-time alerts and continuous monitoring. Its portable autonomous solution combines embedded edge AI with multi-sensor fusion (lidar/radar/cameras), serving major construction and industrial groups like Vinci and Siemens Gamesa. With €35k revenue generated and proven deployments on wind farms and infrastructure projects, it is now raising €250k (with €25k already committed) to finalize advanced tech development, fully launch commercial operations and initiate industrialization.



COMPANY 2 - AI-Driven Legal Engine for M&A Execution

[B2B] – First revenues - Raising €379k

This company is a AI-native legal service tech provider helping its clients with the grunt work in M&A transactions. Its solution is used by law firms in the due diligence workstream and by investment banks in the data room preparation & management workstream and sold to virtual data room (VDR) providers to enhance their product with its AI engine. Its clients include the 3rd biggest VDR provider in the world, and some law firms from the US, UK, Nordics and Benelux. Duely is raising ~€379k (with €250k already committed) to accelerate sales & marketing efforts and grow its team.



COMPANY 3 - Muscle Measurement Platform for Elite Sports
SporTech
B2B – Pilots - Raising €2M

This company, a VUB & imec spin-off, addresses rising injury rates and costs in elite sports with the first easy-to-use smart garment that measures individual muscle activity (i.e. the true driver of movement), giving sports clubs insights no other field-ready solution can. It serves elite sports clubs and high-performance rehab centers. The company is running 2 pilots with elite physiotherapy centers and 1 pilot with a Belgian first-division football club. It is now raising €2M (with €1,8+M already committed) to convert pilots into paying customers, productize the hardware into a standalone system, and fully automate the insights pipeline into scalable software.



COMPANY 4 - Digitising Forest Management and Wood Processing

[B2B] – First revenues - Raising €2M

This company meets the need for the digitalisation of forest management and wood processing. Forestry faces fragmentation, climate change sanitary difficulties and needs to adapt to new European regulations. To answer these challenges and offer technological forestry solutions, the company provides a suite of proprietary digital solutions (web and mobile) and also third-party solutions in one centralised place. It is raising €2M to boost its marketing and increase its commercial presence in Europe in order to become the inevitable solution in the sector.

COMPANY 5 - Carbon Capture for Low-Concentration Industrial Emissions

[B2B] – Pilots - Raising €6M

Point-source carbon capture is proven and crucial to reach Net Zero – yet most solutions only work at high CO₂ concentrations. This company is making carbon capture at low-concentrations (4–15% CO₂ – which account for 50% of global emissions) accessible for the very first time, Its patented hybrid technology is fully electric, low-cost, and validated through pilots. The company is now raising a €6M seed round (with €4,5M already committed – including all existing investors) to scale and sign their first contract.
